I have been covering over 170 Weddings since July 2014, I can say that I am full of advice and help for your big day.

My couples are similar and so different at the same time. I would say that they have certain similar characteristics, they prefer to spend time with their families and friends rather than spending an hour for taking the couple photos, they are usually shy, they don’t feel at ease to be the center of the attention, they have a certain knowledge about art, sometimes photography and painting.

Since July 2014, I document your intimate wedding, your Minimony, Sequel Wedding, Micro wedding or Adventurous Elopement, proposal and engagement and I have seen a lot of love stories, full of joy and emotions. It has a lot of different names but only the story matters. I am moved by telling the story of your day in the most natural and genuine way possible. No need to spend one hour behind the church with me to take the couple photographs, I will always value to let you spend time with family and friends. This is your day, not mine.

Most of my couples define themselves as shy in front of the camera, I believe simply they don’t know how easy it is to spend a few simple moments with their partner in front of my camera. I will follow you from getting ready to the dance floor in the most natural way possible. To deliver a poetic and unique vision of the most important day of your life.
I have a lot of experience and expertise in traveling around Europe mostly. For the last 6 years, I have covered most of my weddings abroad and overseas.

Palma de Mallorca (officially Palma ) is a town and municipality Spanish capital of the island of Mallorca and the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands . It is also the seat of the judicial party number three in the province and the diocese of Mallorca . It is located in the western part of the Mediterranean Sea and, within the island, towards the southwest. It is located about 250 km east of the Iberian Peninsula .

Its municipal term occupies an area of ​​208.63 km² that extend between the Na Burguesa mountain range and the Prado de Sant Jordi . The city is located in the center of the bay of Palma , about 13 meters above sea level. Several streams, such as the Riera or Gros , cross it.

With 416,065 inhabitants (official data as of January 1, 2019), Palma is the eighth largest city in Spain by population and the first of the Balearic Islands.  In addition, its metropolitan area includes nine towns with 560,240 inhabitants spread over an area of ​​1,015.88 km², being the 14th in Spain.

The municipal term of Palma has an area of ​​20,863 hectares and borders with the terms of Calviá , Puigpuñent , Esporlas , Valldemosa , Buñola , Marrachí , Santa María del Camino , Santa Eugenia , Algaida and Lluchmayor , in addition to the Mediterranean Sea .

The Cabrera sub-archipelago , formed by the islands of Cabrera, Conejera , Imperial, Rodona, Foradada, Plana, Pobre and other smaller islets, corresponds to the municipality of Palma .

It is located in the western sector of the island of Mallorca , being nestled between the natural regions of the Sierra de Tramontana , which presents a rugged relief defined by alignments in a northeast - southwest direction and by the Llano de Mallorca . The highest elevations are located in the alignment of the Sierra de Puntals , with the vertices Puntals (882  m ) and Galatzó (1026 m). Towards the northwest, the relief falls sharply towards the sea, while towards the southeast the descent is slow towards the Llano de Mallorca, through the Sierras deRam , Bauzá , Canyar , Son Bauzá and finally the Na Burguesa , Cans and En Merrill mountains , with heights of around 400 meters, and which dominate the western sector of the bay of Palma . The Genoa neighborhood is located on the slopes of these mountains at levels that range between 100 and 140 meters above sea level.

According to the Köppen climate classification , Palma's climate is generally subtropical Mediterranean , with the city having a Csa climate ( Mediterranean climate ), with an average temperature of 18.2 ° C. The outskirts of the city, such as Palma airport , have BSk climates ( cold semi-arid climate). In addition, the Mediterranean climate of the Csa type also occurs in some parts of the municipality with the highest rainfall, especially on the outskirts of the city and in the higher altitude areas. The climate is influenced by two types of atmospheric circulation that manifest themselves in two well differentiated seasons: hot and dry summer, with a low pressure gradient, and occasional rainfall as opposed to a cool, wet winter. The coldest month is January, with 15.4 / 8.3 ° C and the hottest August, with 29.8 / 22.5 ° C. There is rainfall for approximately 51 days a year and about 2779 hours of sunshine. The average temperature in summer is 27 degrees and in winter 14 ° C. The driest month is July, falling to an average of 7.8 l / m², while the wettest is December, with an average of 81.1 l / m²). The area is sheltered from the Nordic Tramontana wind by mountains over a thousand meters high.

The thermal variation of its waters has an amplitude of around 15 ° C. During the winter it drops to about 13 ° C. Snowfalls are occasional, frosts being more frequent. In late spring there is a warming that raises the temperature a degree each week. During the summer there is a 25 cm surface layer that gets hotter than 25 ° C (something like a thermocline ).

Heavy snowfalls are infrequent. February 2012 saw the largest since 1956.

The following shows the climatological values ​​in the period 1981-2010 (except the extreme ones, which are taken in the indicated period) of the two AEMET observatories located in the municipality of Palma: the first located in the port of Palma at 3 masl and the second at Palma airport at 8 masl.
A large part of the non-urbanized areas of the municipality correspond to forests and scrublands , mainly pine forests, although in recent decades it has suffered deforestation . In the arable land, the almond trees , carob trees ( Ceratonia siliqua ), olive trees and, to a lesser extent, fig trees stand out mainly . Some possessions also grow cereals.

The animal species in the environment are not of special relevance due to the high human presence, lack of resources and harsh climate. The areas to be highlighted consist of its rocky coastline and the Cabrera archipelago , which administratively belongs to Palma and has been a national park since 1991 . Its biodiversity stands out due to the high number of Mediterranean and endemic species it possesses, both on land and at sea. Some of the species present in the archipelago are the Balearic lizard ( Podarcis lilfordi ), the Audouin's gull ( Larus audouinii ), the shag ( Phalacrocorax aristotelis ), the osprey ( Pandion haliaetus) as well as several species of native bats . 

Among its vegetation are the native species of the islands along with holm oaks and pine forests . In its fauna there are more than a thousand species, among which the Cinderella shearwater , the cormorant , the swift , the pichonet shearwater and also a large number of reptiles, such as the endemic common gecko . 

As for fungi , the autumn rains allow the appearance of their reproductive structures ( mushrooms ); The slata-sang , a type of Iberian níscalo stands out . It is highly appreciated for its unique flavor and gastronomic value, because it is the most used mushroom in archipelago gastronomy recipes.

The different species of wild plants found in this region can be classified into four groups of interest:

• Herbaceous plants : nettles , sorrels ( Rumex pulcher ) and fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare ) are most frequently found , as well as other wild plants such as heather ( Calluna vulgaris ).

• Shrub plants : the most widespread and common is the bush of the Mediterranean basin called aladierno ( Rhamnus alaternus ), but there are also other species such as rosemary , thyme , a species of white steppe ( Cistus albidus ) and asparagus of several species ( Asparagus acutifolius , Asparagus albus , Asparagus officinalis ). You can also find ivy ( Hedera helix ) and other plants that are protected, such as palm hearts ( Chamaerops humilis ), myrtles and juniper ( Juniperus phoenicea ).

• Ferns : mention should be made of the polypod , which reproduces in shady areas and cool places.

• Trees : the most common tree that grows in its forests is the Aleppo pine . One of the biggest problems it faces is the processionary caterpillar pests ( Thaumetopoea pityocampa ), for which a special brigade carries out extermination actions, setting traps and annihilating their nests. In the area closest to the Sierra de Tramontana, although to a lesser extent, there are some holm oaks , poplars ( Populus alba ) and ash trees .

Mallorca  is the largest island in the Balearic Islands, which are part of Spain and located in the Mediterranean. The local language, as on the rest of the Balearic Islands, is Catalan, which is co-official with Spanish.

The capital of the island, Palma, is also the capital of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. The Balearic Islands have been an autonomous region of Spain since 1983. There are two small islands off the coast of Mallorca: Cabrera (southeast of Palma) and Dragonera (west of Palma). The anthem of Mallorca is "La Balanguera".

Like the other Balearic Islands of Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera, the island is an extremely popular holiday destination, particularly for tourists from Germany and the United Kingdom. The international airport, Palma de Mallorca Airport, is one of the busiest in Spain; it was used by 28.0 million passengers in 2017, increasing every year since 2012.

The name derives from Classical Latin insula maior, "larger island". Later, in Medieval Latin, this became Maiorica, "the larger one", in comparison to Menorca, "the smaller one".

Mallorca is a Spanish island located in the central part of the Balearic archipelago , in the Mediterranean Sea . Its capital, and also that of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, is Palma de Mallorca ,  followed in importance by the municipalities of Calviá , Inca and Manacor . The island of Cabrera and all its islets belong administratively to the capital.

Mallorca has 3,640.11 km² (square kilometers), which makes it the largest in Spain and the seventh largest in the Mediterranean. Its 859 289 inhabitants  ( INE 2015) make it the most populated island in the Balearic archipelago and the second most populated island in Spain after Tenerife . In addition, it is also the fourth most populated island in the Mediterranean Sea . Mallorca has a population density of 240.45 inhabitants / km² (inhabitants per square kilometer). In the past, due to its relaxed atmosphere, it was also known as "The island of calm", but now it is a tourist destinationvery important, both nationally and internationally. Mallorca has 550 km (kilometers) of coastline with more than 345 beaches of a wide variety, from small stone coves to long sandy beaches. 

The Majorcan relief is formed by the Sierra de Tramontana , with the highest mountains, the Sierra de Levante , with more modest heights, and other smaller mountains. The Sierra de Tramuntana, to the northwest, forms impressive cliffs and rocky coves that contrast with the sandy beaches of the rest of the coastline. The Llano is the fertile central plain. The island has a variety of caves , the best known being the Cuevas del Drach and the Cuevas dels Hams . Both groups of caves are located in the coastal town of Porto Cristo and contain underground lakes that allow tourists to visit. To the west of this plain and in the center of thePalma bay is located the capital, Palma .

The main mountains are:

• Sierra de Tramontana : Puig Mayor (1445 m), Masanella (1364 m), Puig Tomir (1102 m), Puig de l'Ofre (1090 m), Puig del Teix (1064 m) and Puig de Galatzó (1027 m).

• Sierra de Levante: Puig de Morell (562 m), Bec de Ferrutx (519 m) and Puig de Sant Salvador (510 m).

• Outside of the two mountains indicated, it is worth highlighting the Puig de Randa (543 m) and the Puig de Galdent (420 m).

  The most primitive remains found in Mallorca date back to 3500 BC. C. in the Neolithic era , a transition period between the Bronze Age , where the first copper objects appear. The first known settlers of the islands, (although of doubtful origin), were the Balearic slingers . 8

  In the municipality of Calviá , in the town of Santa Ponsa , there is a small mountainous elevation called Puig de sa Morisca that has an archaeological park with remains of navetas and sepulchral caves that covers an area of ​​35 hectares .

  Around 1300 a. C. lived crucial changes that resulted in the emergence of the Talayotic culture . This warrior culture lasted after Quintus Cecilio Metelo (who would later receive the nickname Balearicus ), invaded the island for the Roman Republic in 121 BC. C. with the excuse of the frequent pirate raids based on the islands, Rome decided to seize the archipelago, although the real intention of the invasion was to ensure its trade with the Phoenicians . 9Legend has it that the Roman general had to protect his boats with animal skins, because the slingers shooting with their slings prevented them from landing. 10 The Roman legions took two years to subdue the islands. After the conquest, the slingers became part of the Roman auxiliary troops fighting prominently alongside Julius Caesar in the conquest of Gaul (the defensive armor was not very effective against the projectiles of the slingers). The Romans founded a fort on a rock at the mouth of the stream now known as "sa Riera", approximately where today the Almudaina palace is located., which was the origin of the city of Palma.

  In 425 Mallorca suffered the invasion and sacking of the Vandals , a Germanic people that settled on the island until 534 , when the Byzantine general Belisario ordered the conquest of the Balearic archipelago.

  In 707 the first Muslim landing on record took place . Two centuries of permanent distress followed until, from the year 903, Mallorca came under the control of the Muslim Umayyad dynasty . The Occitan-Romance is then replaced by Arabic . This was followed by a flourishing period, during which Madina Mayurqa , today's Palma de Mallorca , was a great cultural center.

  In 1115 a Pisan-Barcelonan squad attacked Mallorca in a punitive expedition in retaliation for the piracy activities carried out from the island. Looted and destroyed for the first time Madina Mayurqa , and in the absence of Ramón Berenguer III , his men and allies fled when they spotted an Almoravid squad that was sent from Africa to confront them. The island was left in the hands of an Almoravid family, the Banu Ganiya . Later, in 1203, the Almohads seized Mallorca. In 1208, the Almohads appointed Abu Yahya governor, who formed a semi-independent principality, with little formal submission to the Almohad emir.

  Cabo del Pinar

  The troops of the Crown of Aragon of Jaime I the Conqueror , who arrived on the island from Salou in 1229 , finally conquered the island for the Christians . After definitively defeating Abú Yahya in the battle of Portopí (1229) and taking Madina Mayurqa (1230), the resistance ceased in 1231 , except for the Alaró castle , which resisted for eight years and was the last refuge of the Muslim resistance. during the Christian conquest. Jaime I created the kingdom of Mallorca in his will , comprising not only Mallorca, but the rest of the Balearic Islands -Menorca (still under the power of a Muslim sovereign, although tributary since 1231), Ibiza and Formentera -; the counties of Roussillon and Cerdanya ; and the territories that Jaime I conserved in Occitania (the dominion of Montpellier , the viscounty of Carlades and the barony of Omelas ). Upon his death ( 1276 ), his son Jaime II of Mallorca assumed the throne after the swearing in of the so-called Charter of Franchises. The independence of the kingdom was short. In 1349 he was reincorporated to the Crown of Aragon. Death of the kingJaime III of Mallorca in the battle of Lluchmayor was the end of the Kingdom of Mallorca. Although until his death in 1404 his daughter Isabel, established in the nearby Gallargues castle of Montpellier, which was granted to her by the King of France Charles VI , proclaimed herself Queen of Mallorca.

  In the time of Carlos I , in 1521 , there was an uprising similar to that of the Germanías of the kingdom of Valencia (insurrection of the forans ), the rebels arriving to surround the town of Alcudia , where the island's nobility had taken refuge. Throughout the sixteenth century , the island, like the rest of the Balearic Islands and the Spanish Levant, suffered attacks and looting by Turkish and Berber pirates . During the War of the Spanish Succession , the island opted for Archduke Carlos of Austria , against Felipe de Anjou .

• The Mallorcan climate is typically Mediterranean, with high temperatures in summer (exceeding 30 ° C) and moderately low in winter (rarely below 5 ° C). Snowfalls are common in winter in the highest peaks of the Sierra de Tramuntana but exceptional in the plain and the capital. As it is an island, the humidity level is very high.
